I ordered brown leather loafers and received what looks like cheaply made costume shoes. The shoes are not only polar opposite of what I ordered, but they also aren't even the size I ordered. When I immediately requested a refund, I was denied because they said there is no refund for final sale items. That would be fine if I received the actual item I ordered. I will absolutely never order from this place again. Lesson learned.
