We offer a 5-day return & exchange policy, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
(Example: If tracking shows your order was delivered on the 10th, you may request a return/exchange up until the 15th.)

Return Guidelines
International Returns

You’ll need the email or order number used at purchase.

If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address via email.

You are responsible for purchasing your own shipping label.
We recommend choosing a carrier that offers tracking and insurance. -
Please send us the tracking number once shipped.

Include your name and order number inside the return package.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging to be eligible for return/exchange.

Customs Duties: All shipping fees and taxes incurred for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. After 30 days, unclaimed packages may be returned with additional storage fees.

Items with stains, damage, or visible wear will not be accepted for return.

If you simply changed your mind, shipping costs are not covered by Soft Jam Studio. We recommend using your local post office with a tracking number.

Damages or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Costs

Soft Jam Studio covers return shipping for items returned due to quality issues or fulfillment errors.

If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
Customs & Duties
We will cover customs fees only for returns due to product defects or our error.
For all other cases, customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
