IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD

I ordered from Jam Garden before and I got my shoes and jacket. But when I ordered again? THEY SENT ME A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PAIR OF SHOES. I emailed that they didn't send me the pair, rather sent me another PAIR OF BROWN SHOWS. BTW THIS WAS IN FEBRUARY AND IT'S ALMOST AUGUST NOW. Terrible communication, I tried to be really patient but taking this long to reply? I've been way too kind and patient. Forgot my black shoes, SENT THE WRONG BAG! You cannot sell something that isn't advertised. I emailed and the staff were neglectful.. didn't even send me the right shoes. Use another shop, maybe even Taobao or Yesstyle to buy these shoes. Jam Garden/Soft Jam Studio overcharges you and doesn't communicate at all.
